花花世界
















因為時間實在太緊迫, 所以臨出門口前忘記留下殘影, 到了party現場才求其拍了一張, 整這個蛋糕用了很多時間, 而且過程中出現很多意外, 老實說自己也有點失望, 還幸主人家沒有半點嫌棄!! 在此再一次向這位朋友說一聲"生日happy"!!

hi, shirley,你好, 其實呢個係用puff整嘅蛋糕嚟嫁, 裡面嘅"涵"係oreo cheese, 1)先用做puff嘅材料唧成花花型狀, 入爐焗好後放涼, 2)然後將花型puff打橫切開兩片待用, 3)跟住用一張牛油紙放底, 再將溶了的朱古力刎平至起碼有花型般大的尺寸, 待半乾後將一片puff放上,4)將混合後之oreo cheese的份量大約一半注入3)內,然後再放上另外一片puff, 最後放入剩餘之oreo cheese混合物入雪櫃雪凍即可!!

多謝你咁有耐性話我知點整依款cake,不過聽完你講嘅整法,我知我有排才可以整到,因為我嘅整餅技術仲係好差,就連唧花都唔識,等第日我都到之後一定會跟你嘅整法去試整,到時再比你評分。

希望你唔會等到頸都長啦...^_^

泡泡茶, 用puff做嘅蛋糕最好即日食, 如果唔係真係會變淋嫁!!

好多謝家姐妳咁辛苦整呢個咁靚o既生日蛋糕比我呀!我真係好好好好好好鍾意呀!千千萬萬個多謝呀!
不過好可惜,o個晚飲到醉晒,淨係記得我自己周圍同人講「個生日蛋糕係我家姐親手整比我o架,靚唔靚呀?」,跟住印象中又好似有人問過我「點解個蛋糕鹹o既?」,我都無答佢,因為我都醉到個蛋糕係咩味道都試唔真喇!真係非常sorry呀!而且仲醉到唔記得影相留念,所以先偷妳相咋!嘻嘻~~我估家姐妳唔會怪我o既!呵?
