Peanut Butter Dome with Cream Brulee

上個月已預早約定小堡主同埋Vanlily一齊學這款圓dum dum cake, 想學嘅原因係因為未食過用peanut butter做嘅蛋糕, 唔知會係咩野味, 加上裡面仲有燉蛋添, 所以咪引到我去學囉, 今堂輝sir心情唔錯, 加上我地全班學生都唔係初學者, 所以佢全堂都無發脾四兼有問別答, 咁就乖啦!! 上堂時咁啱見到藍藍同埋maymok都係同一班, 好開心呀, 除此之外仲有一個神秘blog友都係同一班, 佢係邊個? 佢咪mabel囉, 我地真係有緣啦, 早知咁多人都去學就一早包班啦! 講番個餅先, 其實味道嚟講都好好味, 不過個人則認為甜咗d, 而且d花生醬嘅味道太搶, 令到中間嘅cream brulee無晒蛋味, 不過好彩個口感都仲好滑, 如果可以食前雪凍少少會更好!

Raspberry Jelly Chocolate Mousse Dome

既然係好朋友William生日就當然要整個cake賀一賀, 但是整這個cake是非常有壓力的, 事關這位壽星公是一名名副其實的佰彈斎主, 所有經他品嚐過的食物, 例必有彈無讚, 嚴重咀剔, 本來不打算整, 誰知Jimmy一個電話打來說無論如何也要做一個, 當時心想著: 死啦, 真係要整呀? 呢次整咩好呢? 算啦, 死就死啦, 雖然有壓力, 但點都要解決! 最後決定整最易整嘅chocolate mousse cake, 為免太單調, 中間加了一層raspberry jelly等大家不會覺得太漏, 本來成個過程都很順利, 直至到淋朱古力面時, 意外才發生, 因這朱古力淋面的材料是需要加入可可粉, 但我家的可可粉原來已過期我仍蒙然不知, 而且還要在淋面之後我才發現, 為時已晚, 唯有叫大家食時刮走朱古力淋面才食, 但他們最後也照食沒有理會, 就這件事之後, 我已將家裡所有材料徹底檢查, 且已將全部過期材料丟掉, 所以朋友們, 你們請放心吧, 以後不會再有同類事情發生了!Hehe!

極品和牛

阿拉斯加長腳蟹大戰極品和牛, 唔~真係好好味呀!!

嫌仲未夠喉呀? 不如嚟多個round呀!
一早約定家姐一家三口同姐夫慶祝生日, 經過一輪商議後決定去剛旋風抵達本港, 出名好味嘅Lawry's the prime rib度食, 點知打去訂位時, 佢地話D Booking已經去到下個月尾, 嘩, 駛唔駛咁誇呀, 無計啦, 佢D牛扒咁出名, 實有好多人慕名而來啦, 所以我地唯有退而求其次, 決定去幫襯另一間任食和牛Buffet嘅牛扒專門店Mr. Steak, 原本諗住未必Book到位, 點知又好好彩地比我地book到, 做得成牛魔皇, 就緊係要勁擦一頓啦! 其實果度每日都有一款指定+一款每日都有嘅牛類任食, 而今日嘅配搭就係極品和牛&澳洲安格斯牛扒, 兩款都各有特式, 本人則較為喜歡和牛嘅口味, 肉質鮮嫩有口感, 但稍嫌多筋, 另外用Rosemarry焗製嘅阿拉斯加長腳蟹都是一個不錯嘅選擇, 其他食物還有壽司魚生類, 蠔類, 多款中西美食以及多款甜品, 以每位只收$269的價錢來說已算超值, 大家可不妨一試!:p

Mocha脆脆凍
响34度嘅氣溫底下做呢個蛋糕裝飾確實有d難度, d朱古力難凝固不特止, 之後仲要冒險拎出街搭成個鐘頭車程至去到目的地, 心諗個蛋糕去到一定面目全非, 好彩Billy醒目, 識得楂車join埋我, 如果唔係後果就不憾設想啦!! 至於個蛋糕係用剩餘有限嘅朱古力做裝飾, 所以圍邊有d一岩一忽嘅感覺, 而且個餅底焗過籠較為乾身咗d, 所以口感一般, 好彩d mousse都 ok, 不過整體嚟講我認為唔合格, 有待改進, 要多d練習至得啦! 其實呢個蛋糕係為咗歡送Jenny返美國而特登整比佢食嘅, 所以整到咁肉酸, 我覺得唔係幾好意思, 希望佢唔好介意啦, 响呢度順便同佢講一聲"一路逆風"啦, 掛住我地嘅時候就上嚟MSN add我地啦!!

遲來的生日小派對


哈哈哈哈........好開心呀, 本來唔"C"服肚仔痛嘅我, 收到呢兩份禮物就連葯都唔駛食, 針又唔駛打都即刻醒神番晒, 勁呀, 好多謝蛋蛋, 八八, 大米(排名不分先後)佢地為咗遷就我, 唔想阻我同思樑哥哥正日慶祝生日, 特登延遲兩日至同我補祝, 仲要送我最鐘意嘅禮物同埋呢個芝麻豆腐Mousse Cake, 真係好感動, 講返個蛋糕先, 個蛋糕係妹子捱咗成晚通宵至整好嘅傑作, 味道清香又不太甜, 芝麻同豆腐嘅味道同顏色又夾, 加上d裝飾又靚又夠創意, 真係要比10個叻佢至得, 唉, 慘啦! 我一邊食就一邊諗, 第日到佢地生日嘅時候我驚我整唔到"槓"有水準嘅蛋糕送比佢地呀, 依家嘅我何止有壓力, 直頭係好大壓力呀, 我睇我都係負責食算啦!Hehe!正當我發緊夢之際, 八八突然又拎出一份我好鐘意嘅野出嚟送比我, 登登登登...就係一幅曬大咗嘅結婚相啦, 好鐘意呀! 真係多謝晒咁多位呀! 响結婚同埋生日呢兩件盛事之後(哈哈), 我覺得自己好幸運, 好幸福, 因為圍繞住我身邊嘅親人, 朋友同埋同事都好錫我, 好照顧我, 每逢我有問題發生, 都會有好多人幫我解決問題, 我想我真係要好好珍惜我呢一份福氣, 希望我呢一份福氣可以延續落去!! ( ^-^)

法式香草蕃茄芝士飽(湯種)

隻智慧牙痛咗幾日, 個人無晒心機, 醫生話要等隻牙消咗炎同無腫至剝得, 要成1,500蚊嫁, 骨隙都赤埋, 仟五蚊夠我買好多整餅嘅材料啦! 本來呢幾日都好想整包, 但係因為要開O.T.嘅原故, 所以無整到, 始終都要等到今晚 Happy Friday至有時間整, 都好嘅, 事關我焗完D麵包都成12點幾啦, 沖完個涼成點鐘, 好鬼夜 lu, 所以我依家眼瞓到燶, 好彩聽日唔駛返工啫, 好開心我嘅第一個湯種面包終於出世lu, 原本湯種面包係唔難整嘅, 不過我响整嘅時候又唔小心咁落多咗蛋嘅分量以至面團太濕, 所以攪咗兩個鐘至做第一次發酵, 真烏龍! 好彩焗咗出嚟都好軟熟! 好啦! 要瞓啦, 如果唔係虛火上升, 隻牙仲痛多幾錢重添!
